The hotel has a great location next to the beach, pier, and water fountain. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with three beds, providing all the essentials for guests.

It was a very enjoyable stay with our dog.

The room we booked was big and up-to-date, having three beds, as well as useful amenities such as a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator.

Breakfast offers a variety of goodies to choose from. The building and rooms are nice, and I appreciate having 3 beds to choose from. 🥞

The place was impeccably clean and the rooms were well decorated. I liked the room with 3 beds; the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was helpful. The location was marvelous, not very far from Half Moon Reef Lighthouse.

They didn't want guests coming in thru side entrance which is dumb considering door locks are broken, anyone can get in. Also, parking lot always full in front so it's inconvenient to carry luggage all the way to the front. Once there was a dirty sock on the floor. Another time there were no bathroom towels except the dirty ones on the floor. Another time the toilet seat was broken. Another time the room hadn't been cleaned. The blanket most of the time has a stain.the top comforter is cheap looking and purple runner on top has stains. I called reservations to book a room. They said it was sold out for the next 3 weeks. I went online and got the room from another website for next 2 weeks but the price was over $70 more than what I usually pay. Only reason I still stay there is to keep building up membership points.

There was a scheduling error and the staff was quick to correct the issue and gave us 10% off. They made sure we were happy and we were :)

The sheets were a little less than clean, had some crumbs or dirt on them when we climbed into the bed :(

Room was comfortable and clean, that was about it.

Room was not ready at check-in, had to wait another hour before room was finally cleaned. Breakfast had no forks, only knives and spoons, ran out of eggs, bacon, and orange juice by 7:30. Had to bring this to the attention of the staff, no one monitoring breakfast area. Oj was replaced within 15 minutes, but eggs and bacon took over 30 minutes, forks never arrived. Watch your bill at checkout. I was charged full rate, even though my Booked.net rate was confirmed and in system at check-in. Still waiting on credit of over charge. Has to be the worst Best Western service I have ever experienced. Will not be staying there again.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful, I would definitely choose to stay here again; also, the hotel is conveniently located near Emilia's pier, the water fountain, and the city.

No reason to complain, we would stay here again. The place is absolutely great and has marvellous location on the water fountain. Really helpful and very helpful staff ensures you spend an OUTSTANDING time here. It offers exceptional service. Moreover, its free parking based nearby makes life easy.
